Returns and Exchanges.
If you believe a product you purchased from LaserCycle needs to be returned or exchanged, please download and complete our Return or Exchange Form to receive a Return Material Authorization.
LaserCycle will always accept returns or exchanges on defective products.
LaserCycle accepts returns on new and/or non-defective items for up to 3 months for OEM products, and up to 6 months for all Compatible and Remanufactured products, provided the product is in 100% resalable condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned unless the product is defective.
The Customer is responsible for shipping all items back to LaserCycle, once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been provided. We strongly recommend returning the item(s) via UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, as Tracking Numbers and Proof of Delivery are provided with their services.
